We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some places that we can't ship to. If you happen to be from one of these countries, we will contact you.

PATCHED/MISSING PARCELS

Hemmafixet is not responsible if the wrong address is placed during checkout. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made a mistake, we take full responsibility for the original order placed to you for free.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs duties once the goods have been dispatched. By purchasing our products, you accept that one or more parcels may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees when they arrive in your country.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is 10-15 days.

This does not include our 1-3 day processing time.

All delivery times are exclusive of customs clearance delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE FOR NOW".

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 working days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PARCEL?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate parcels even if you have specified combined shipping.
