Återbetalningspolicy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with labels and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the customer bears the shipping costs of the product to the warehouses, unless the product is damaged or does not fulfil the description.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers

To initiate a return, you can contact us under the "contact" heading. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund using your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
